CCA Limited is a Corporation registered in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas on September 14, 1994 under the International Business Companies Act. Canouan Resorts Development is developing a Resort under a 99-year lease agreement with the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

For this purpose CCA Limited was registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines as an external Company under the Companies Act of 1994 (Certificate 6 of 1997). Our principal activity is the construction and maintenance of a First Class International Residential Resort and Club of distinctive character on Canouan, an Island situated in the center of the Grenadines, Saint Vincent, Lesser Antilles, West Indies.
