Design

Focusing on both structural and architectural design, the team takes a concept from the client and develops it using the latest software. We present 3D models and realistic renderings of the project to the client.

The design department works closely with the utility departments and structural engineers to ensure there are no conflicts with the design as it is developed.

Plumbing design and installation, mechanical and pool maintenance, HVAC design and installation

Landscaping

Landscaping for all properties within the resort, maintenance of the beaches and road, Hydroponics farming and plant nursery.

Electrical Distribution

Electricity production and distribution, security, fire alarm, cable TV distribution and electrical systems maintenance.

Water Supply

Production and distribution of water supply, waste water collection and treatment and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) distribution

Information Technology

Provide information technology services to support our operations at offices located in Canouan, St Vincent, Barbados, Italy and the Philippines.

Logistics

Sourcing, purchasing, shipping and storage of materials to support our projects.

Mechanical Workshop

Repairs and preventative maintenance for mechanical equipment and vehicles.
